We are seeking talented and motivated professionals to join and grow with our team. In these positions, you will be working closely with our firm principal and team on all aspects of the project, from project acquisition to schematic design and construction administration.

PROJECT ARCHITECT – AIA Architect 1 or 2

Responsibilities

  • Project Management from project inception through conclusion of construction
  • Maintaining client relationships
  • Understanding and meeting project deadlines and budgets
  • Independently preparing and coordinating design and construction documents 
  • Prioritizing and multi-tasking within time and technical constraints

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
  • 5-7 years of Architecture experience
  • Excellent verbal, graphic, and written communication skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain professional relationships
  • Strong design sensibility within the range of our breadth of work
  • Experience communicating with diverse audiences
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

  • ArchiCAD proficiency or alternate BIM equivalent proficiency
  • Proficient in detailing building assemblies
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of construction materials, standards, codes and jurisdictional processes
  • Interest in interior design and/or landscape design
  • Architectural licensure

 

INTERN ARCHITECT OR INTERIOR DESIGNER – AIA Emerging Professional 1 or 2

Responsibilities

  • Guided preparation and coordination of design and construction documents, specifications, cost estimates and related documentation
  • Prioritize and multi-task within time and technical constraints
  • Understand and meet project deadlines
  • Willingness to support our team as needed in any aspect of practice
  • Filing + general office organization

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
  • 1-3 years of Architecture experience
  • Excellent verbal, graphic, and written communication skills
  • Strong design sensibility within the range of our breadth of work
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

  • ArchiCAD proficiency or alternate BIM equivalent proficiency
  • Interest in interior design and/or landscape design
